For Now

For now,
I will try to see
the silver lining,
where visible. I'll blindly
feed my eyes of random
rays of sunlight,
in my mind,
for now.
I'll take the warmth
as it touches
my face, embrace-
ing the moment,
for now.

The clouds will soon
gather, its ashes
blanketing the sky,
comforting,
my mind, from the rays
of yesterday's past.
I will wait
for
the fall
of its tears
from the heavens,
as it covers mine,
releasing me,
for now.
